As I gained experience in the new, re-sale, distressed, and luxury home markets, there was one constant.... Marketing.  The right mix of online, off-line, and social media exposure helped me to build real estate relationships at scale.  As high volume of sales followed, more Buyers, Sellers, and Agents took notice.  I found my secret sauce to steady sales.

By 2015 as business was thriving, I longed for a different lifestyle.  With my husband in agreement, we moved from WA state to Oahu, Hawaii to start over.  I knew I had the know-how and skills to make it work.  It wasn't easy,  but it was so worth it.  I made business bloom again.  I ventured into luxury.  I added passive income.  I expanded nationally.  I started chasing time freedom and enjoying life.
