$16,000 company cap, (then $250 transaction fee up $5000)

After capping, earn 100% commission for the
remainder of the year.

Honestly, I was a nay-sayer for years. I didn't want to hear about EXP from anyone. I was happy at my brokerage. Then one day, I actually took the time to learn more. I reviewed the information, asked questions, and explored the benefits. Being curious is what fuels growth.
